Please tell us what you liked most about working with Jeremy

My husband and I were searching for my Retirement car. We had driven 3 different vehicles before going to Ferguson. We arrived very late and Jeremy Bautista met us at the door. He was very polite and helpful. He answered all our questions. We wanted to drive an Outback, but the only one available was a loaner they had on hand. We drove the it and I really liked it. The following day, I called Jeremy and he helped build the perfect car for me. We ordered the car in October 2021, but the delivery date was pushed out twice. Both times, Jeremy kept us updated. Finally, I received my car on 2/25. Upon arrival to pick it up, the red carpet was rolled out on the driver's side and it had a big gold bow on top. We went inside to complete the financial paperwork with Galen Keys, who was also very great to work with. Jeremy waited until we were finished and then took us to the car. He explained most of the options. By this time, it was after closing. Jeremy made buying my car a wonderful experience. I have purchased 5 new vehicles in my life; but never has it been as special as rolling out the red carpet and placing a bow on top.
