This is my second Subaru from Ferguson and I have worked with Jeremy Bautista each time and I’ll be a Subaru lifer from now on because of it. Jeremy helped me custom build a new Ascent, let me know all of my options about my trade in and was very honest about the time frame in which it would take to get it. Jeremy truly is #mrgoldstandard in the car buying experience. Over the term of my first lease he checked in and answered every question I had at any time. Ferguson also is very good about accommodating loan needs while mine was in for warranty or recall work. Brandon in finance is also amazing to work with.
